Morning Green Smoothie
Below is my go-to breakfast smoothie. It’s full of healthy fats, greens, and protein, giving you lots of energy and keeping you full all morning!
Morning Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 ripe banana (or frozen)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- 1-2 pitted dates (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp l-glutamine
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in high powered blender.
- Pour in your favorite glass.
- Enjoy!
Note: Add a few pieces of ice if you like yours on the colder side.
